What is personal information?

Personal Information (also known as personal data) is any information that identifies someone and any information that relates to that identified person. For example, if you have registered with us online, your name and email address are information that identifies you and any purchases or orders you make at Yuonathmart are information that relate to you.

  • Device and Online Identifiers includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, your log-in information, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform information, device ID and other technology on the devices you use to access our website or apps. Some of this information may be collected through our use of cookies, or similar tools.
  • Financial Information includes encrypted payment card information when you transact with us and unique payment card identifiers which are generated by our payment partners to allow us to identify payment cards used.  
  • Demographic Information includes information about you like your occupation, birthday, family size, preferences or other information provided by you or information that we create about you which allows us to group customers together by looking at certain traits or preferences;
  • Profile Information includes information about your interests, your preferences, feedback, and survey responses, how you redeem the offers and promotions made available to you, and our understanding of your interests and shopping habits. This can come from information you have given to us or which we create based on what we learn about you and includes our predictions about your interests, behaviour, preferences, browsing and purchasing habits and demographic information and allows the Yuonathmart Group to personalise our offers and services for you;
